1.30 One Frame Displays (up to 12 sheets) by those attending:
a) All displays should relate to the KGVI period (KE8 forerunners acceptable).
b) Displays must be of Pacific territories (which may include Australia; N.Z; PNG: (plus exceptionally Hong Kong & North Borneo)
c) Each presentation should last no longer than 5 minutes, limited to 12 sheets.
d) Displayers might display two or three items, rather than a full frame.
e) Once frames are filled with displays, there will be time for viewing

Important: There will be a charge of £5 per person, payable on arrival, as a contribution towards meeting
costs including sandwiches and drinks to be provided at lunchtime.


Notes for those attending:
1. It will help those organising this event if anyone intending to bring one frame displays for the afternoon
session notifies John Ray ( in advance.
2. Nearest Tube station to ‘The Royal’ is Baker Street or Regents Park. Buses 18; 27; 30; 205 & 453 call at the ‘Harley Street’ stop, as does the 205 from Paddington, just a 3-4 minute walk to the venue.
3. If you have not already notified us of your intention to attend please do so, (so that lunch arrangements etc can be confirmed).
4. Murray Payne (the KGVI Specialists) will be in attendance for trading during the lunch break. If you have KGVI items that you are looking for, or which you may wish them to sell, please contact Dickon Pollard or Stuart Babbington at If you are interested in Murray Payne’s latest KGVI catalogue, or any of their other publications, you will need to order them in advance so that they can be brought to the meeting.
