Great website layout.
Some suggestions:
A section for Papua New Guinea
Ability to delete a post entirely, e.g. if you put it in the wrong heading.
Last post at the top of the list is preferable.

Finally. What software program did you use to create the forum? I have used PHPbb in the past, but I like this format better. I want to set up a new forum myself (nothing connected with stamps). Let me know - paul@laserserver.net
