New issue for release next month.

The official issue date is 9th October (a Sunday); the 10th is a public holiday in Fiji (Independence Day) so the first day of use will be the 11th October.

All designs (stamp, FDC & canceller) was supplied by the UPU and printed in sheets of 20 (single pane) rather than the usual 24 (2 x 12)

Thank you for the news. I imagine that the chance of finding a commercially used copy will be a bit slim!
