Dear All,

Does anyone have any information on this or links??? I have an envelope with this address and the forwarded address but all I can find is on the listing of items on ebay that is it was a cover address for people sending correspondence during the war rather than direct to them at Army barracks x y or z etc.
LINK is to one of envelopes on ebay

There is a book by Entwistle on the subject of undercover addresses in WW2, a copy of which is in the RPSL library. It is out on loan at present but when it has been returned I will see if there is any reference to River Plate House.
