Hi all. I am inquiring as to how I can purchase a copy of the CD "Pacifica - the Ultimate Reference", by Roland Klinger. It is listed in PISC auction catalogues under Literature, but I cannot find it in the Literature section of this website. I need to know:
- cost, including shipping to USA (equivalent in US$)
- address to send payment

Um, never mind.....

I see now that the name has changed to "Pacifica Archive Edition CD" in the website literature list, and ordering details are in the listing.
