Research Papers - The Stamps and Postal History of the Gilbert and Ellice Islands

by Keith Fitchett (2003/4)
This monumental work, The Stamps and Postal History of the Gilbert and Ellice Islands, by the late Keith Fitchett, covers much more ground than the title suggests. It is the result of twelve years' research and includes a considerable amount of background information, including descriptions of the islands and their administration, with biographies, and details of shipping services.
Due to the size an complexity surrounding this work, it was never formally completed prior to Keith passing away. However, due to the huge amount of valuable information contained therein, we are please to make the handbook available in it's 'preproduction' state.
