Fiji Civil Censorship during World War II (2026)
by Bryan A. Jones (2026)
The story of Civil Censorship in Fiji during World War II has been published previously in Pacifica at
various times over the last 15 years. Previous articles have focussed on the individual Phases (of which
there are three). Bryan has made efforts to keep a record of every such item that he has come across, with owner’s initials, where possible, (and with their permission) during the 25 years in which he has been interested in this subject.
This publication brings together and updates the previous articles, with whatever additional details Bryan has gathered, in chronological
order. A complete list of covers recorded throughout all three Phases appears at the end of the section
devoted to Phase 3.
